Blocked sites

I'm so sad for sites I cannot access. I cant access sendspace.com, tinyurl and now mybloglog can't be access anymore. Could anyone please leave comment on how to access those website I've mention. Those sites do not contain adult contents. There is link to send "If you believe the requested page should not be blocked please click here." and I am redirected to the government site where I am located but I am afraid to send request to unblock it eheheheh. If there is another way please do send a comment in this thread. thanks in advance!!!!
